• "Park" refers to Chocolate Hills Adventure Park (CHAP) including all its facilities and services.

• "Guest" refers to any individual who enters the park for any purpose.

• "Ticket" refers to a document or digital code, whether purchased or complimentary, that allows entry to the park and participation in activities.

• "Activity" refers to any attraction, event, or service provided by CHAP.
   

2. Account Information

• Guests may be required to create an account to book activities or access specific features of our services. Information must be accurate and kept up-to-date.

• Account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details and all activities that occur under their account.

• CHAP reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are believed to be involved in fraudulent or illegal activities.
   

3. Security and Privacy

• CHAP is committed to protecting the security and privacy of all personal data collected from guests. Personal information collected is used primarily for processing bookings and improving service delivery.

• We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information.

• Access to personal information is restricted to employees, contractors, and agents who need to know such information to operate, develop, or improve our services. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations.
   

4. Pricing

• All prices for tickets, activities, and services at CHAP are listed in our official pricing guide. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Pricing may vary based on season, demand, promotions, and other factors.
   

5. Payments

• CHAP accepts payments through various methods including cash, credit/debit cards, and other electronic payment systems.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking for confirmation.

• All transactions are processed in the local currency and are subject to applicable taxes and fees.
   

6. Licenses & Intellectual Property Rights

• CHAP owns all rights in the content and materials available through the park, including but not limited to visual interfaces, interactive features, graphics, design, compilation, and other utilities provided by the park.

• Guests are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the park strictly in accordance with these Terms.

• The use of CHAP content for any purpose not expressly permitted in these Terms is prohibited.
